Storage interval settings affect how and when data for the call center is stored. Any changes you make to these settings impact data storage and report data coverage.
The following is a description of the key settings you can manage on the Storage Intervals page:
Intrahour interval
The intrahour interval is the rate at which CMS archives data within a one-hour time period. You can set the interval to 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
Real-time reports use the intrahour interval when displaying data. Cumulative data is reset to zero at the beginning of each intrahour interval.
Data summarizing
You can modify the times and days for which call center data is recorded and summarized.
ACD switch time zone offset
A setting is available to indicate if the ACD time zone is not aligned with the CMS server time zone. Use this setting if you want the CMS time zone to be displayed instead of the master ACD time. If you leave this setting blank, CMS applications automatically display the master ACD time.
The switch time zone offset setting does not affect:
The time stamps on CMS reports (realtime or historical).
The PC Client timetable schedule for timetables set to run at local times for a specific ACD.
