  1. From the Controller window, select CommandsDictionary.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary window.
  2. In the Operations list, select Split/Skill.
  3. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary Splits/Skills window.
  4. In the ACD field, enter the ACD or ACD Group on which you want to view all split/skill names.
  5. From the Actions menu, select List all.
