Deleting split/skill permissions in the PC Client

  1. From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
  2. In the Operations list, select Split/Skill Access.
  3. In the ACD list, select the ACD or ACD group containing the split/skill access permissions you want to delete.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the User Permissions Split/Skill Access window.
  5. In the User ID field, enter the name of the user whose split/skill permissions you want to manage.
  6. In the Splits/Skills field, enter the names or IDs of the splits/skills you want to view.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Use a semicolon to separate each value you enter.
    To view all splits/skills for the specified user ID, leave this field blank.
  7. From the menu bar, click ActionsFind one.
  8. When you find the item you want to delete, click ActionsDelete in the menu bar.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor deletes the selected permissions definition and its associated splits/skills, which are displayed in the Splits/Skills field. Other split/skill permission definitions for the user remain unchanged.
