Modifying a tenant name using the PC Client

  1. From the Controller window, select CommandsDictionary.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary window.
  2. In the Operations list, highlight Tenants.
  3. In the ACD field, enter the ACD for which you want to modify a tenant and click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary Tenants window.
  4. Perform one of the following actions to specify an existing tenant in the Dictionary:
    1. In the Tenant Name field, enter the name of the tenant partition.
    2. In the Tenant Number field, enter the number of the tenant partition.
  5. From the Actions menu, select Find one.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor retrieves and displays the information for the specified tenant, if valid.
  6. In the Tenant Name or Description field, make the necessary changes for the tenant partition.
  7. From the Actions menu, select Modify.
