ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
List all: Displays a secondary window showing all users whose settings match the entries in the fields. If no information is present in the fields, all users are displayed. This method is convenient when the need arises to look for one or more user IDs.
Find one: Uses the entries in the fields and queries the database for users with matching settings. For example, if you type 6 in the Maximum user window count (1-12) field with all other fields blank and then select Find one, all users with this window count setting are displayed. If multiple users are found, use the Next and Previous options under the Actions menu to navigate through each user. When you reach the last user, the Next option is not disabled, but it results in the first user being displayed again.
The Find one search option does not support partial text strings. Ensure that you enter the full search term.
