Adding an ACD group in the Web Client

Use this procedure to create an ACD group. After creating an ACD group, add member ACDs to the group.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationCall Center AdministrationACD Groups.
  2. Click Add ACD Group.
  3. In the ACD Group Name field, enter a name for the ACD group.
  4. Click OK to save your changes.
