From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
In the Operations list, select Feature Access.
In the ACD list, select the ACD or ACD group for which you want to view feature permissions.
Click OK.
STEP RESULT:
CMS Supervisor displays the User Permissions Feature Access window.
In the User ID field, enter the ID of an existing CMS user.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
You can enter multiple IDs separated with a semicolon.
From the menu bar, click ActionsFind one.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
CMS Supervisor displays the permissions for the first user found. If you entered multiple user IDs, the status bar displays the number of matches found.
If multiple matches are found, click ActionsNext to navigate through the user IDs and their permissions.
