You need permissions for the Dictionary subsystem.
To view items in the Dictionary, you require Read permissions.
To add, change, or delete items in the Dictionary, you require Write permissions.
You might also need permissions for the entity you are managing.
When working with ACD names, you need permissions for the Dictionary subsystem and for the ACD.
To view ACD groups, you need Read permissions for the Dictionary subsystems and for the ACD group. Tenant users can only view the ACD groups to which they are assigned.
