Viewing vector permissions in the PC Client

  1. From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
  2. In the Operations list, select Vector Access.
  3. In the ACD list, select the ACD containing the vectors for which the user has a permissions definition.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the User Permissions Vector Access window.
  5. In the User ID field, enter the name of the user for which the vector permissions definition is to be viewed.
  6. If known, enter the names or IDs of the vectors you want to view in the Vectors field.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    If you enter multiple values, use a semicolon to separate each entry.
    To have all vectors returned for this user ID, leave this field blank.
  7. From the menu bar, click ActionsFind one.
    STEP RESULT:
    The database is queried and the status bar displays the number of matches found for this user ID.
