Changing the master ACD using the PC Client

Before you begin
Important:
You must turn data collection off before you change the master ACD.
  1. From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsSystem Setup.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the System Setup window.
  2. In the Operations list, highlight CMS State.
  3. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    Supervisor displays the CMS State window.
  4. In the Master ACD for clock synchronization field, select the ACD that will serve as the master for the synchronization of time for CMS .
  5. After selecting the master ACD, select ActionsModify from the menu bar.
    STEP RESULT:
    The selected ACD is set as the master for time synchronization and the status bar displays a Successful message.
