Adding agents to a tenant in the Web Client

  1. Navigate to AdministrationTenant AdministrationTenant Agent Assignment.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for the tenant.
  3. In the Tenants list, select the tenant you want to manage.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the list of agents administered for the selected tenant.
  4. Click Add Agent to add agents to the tenant.
  5. In the Agents field, enter agent extensions or IDs.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    To enter multiple values, separate each with a semicolon. The entries are displayed in the Search Results area.
  6. Click + to move the agents you want to add from the Search Results area to the Selected Agents area.
  7. Click OK to save your changes.
