Adding an agent group in the Web Client

You can add an agent group in the Dictionary and define a name for it.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationDictionaryAgent Groups.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to manage agent groups.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the agent groups administered for the selected ACD.
  3. Click Add Agent Group.
  4. In the Agent Group Name field, enter a name for the new agent group.
  5. Click OK to save your changes.
