Modifying generic string values using the PC Client

  1. From the Controller window, select Commands> Dictionary.
  2. In the Operations list, highlight Generic String Values.
  3. In the ACD field, enter the ACD or ACD Group on which the generic string values reside.
  4. Select OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary Generic String Values window.
  5. In the YES field, enter up to six characters.
  6. In the NO field, enter up to six characters.
    STEP RESULT:
    The characters entered in the YES and NO fields are displayed in reports that use these synonyms.
  7. From the Actions menu, select Modify.
