Adding a pseudo-ACD in the Web Client

  1. Navigate to System SetupPseudo-ACD Setup.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the list of administered pseudo-ACDs.
  2. Click Add Pseudo-ACD Setup.
  3. In the ACD Number field, enter an unused number from 9 to 26 to correspond with the new pseudo-ACD.
  4. Click OK to save your changes.
