Copying a tenant agent group in the Web Client

Use this procedure to copy the contents from one tenant agent group to a new tenant agent group. Under the to heading, you can enter a name for the new agent group. The new agent group is created in the same tenant and it contains the same content as the agent group you copied from.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationTenant AdministrationTenant Agent Groups.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for the tenant.
  3. Click Copy icon next to the agent group you want to copy.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Copy Tenant Agent Group window displays the tenant number and the name of the agent group you are copying from. You cannot modify these fields.
  4. In the Agent Group Name field under the to heading, enter a name for the new agent group.
  5. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    The new agent group is created with the same content as the agent group you copied from.
