Modifying a trunk group name in the Web Client

Keywords:
The trunk group number is read only and cannot be changed. You can change the trunk group name and its description.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationDictionaryTrunk Groups.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for which you want to administer trunk group names.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the trunk group names administered for the selected ACD.
  3. Click Modify next to the item you want to modify.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Modify Item window is displayed.
  4. In the Trunk Group Name field, update the trunk group name.
  5. Revise the information in the Description field.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can enter up to 50 characters. This field cannot contain the pipe (|) symbol, a semicolon, or double quotes.
  6. Click OK to save your changes.
