Adding an agent group using the PC Client

  1. From the Controller window, select CommandsDictionary.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary window.
  2. In the Operations list, select Agent Groups.
  3. In the ACD field, enter the ACD or ACD group on which the agent group resides.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary Agent Groups window.
  5. In the Agent group name field, enter the name of the new agent group.
  6. To add the agent group to the Dictionary, select ActionsAdd.
  7. To add the Login IDs for this agent group, select ActionsGet contents.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Agent Groups-Get Contents window.
  8. Enter the Login IDs for the new group.
  9. To add the Login IDs to the Dictionary for this agent group, select ActionsAdd.
