Listing agents in an agent group using the PC Client

  1. From the Controller window, select CommandsDictionary.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary window.
  2. In the Operations list, select Agent Groups.
  3. In the ACD field, enter the ACD or ACD group on which the agent group resides.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary Agent Groups window.
  5. In the Agent group name field, enter the name of the agent group.
  6. From the Actions menu, select Get contents.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Agent Groups-Get Contents window.
  7. From the Actions menu, select List all.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary Agent Groups-Get Contents-List All window listing the agents in the group.
