You can view the connection status for all ACD systems connected to CMS. For a description of the available connection status information, see Connection status descriptions.
Navigate to AdministrationMaintenanceConnection Status.
STEP RESULT:
CMS Supervisor displays the current connection status for all ACD systems.
Click Refresh to update the current connection status.
