Removing multiple vectors from a tenant in the Web Client

You can remove vectors assigned to a tenant in bulk. Specify which vectors are no longer required and remove them in one go.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationTenant AdministrationTenant Vector Assignment.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for the tenant.
  3. In the Tenants list, select the tenant you want to manage.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the vectors administered for the selected tenant.
  4. Click Remove Vectors.
  5. In the Vectors field, enter the names or IDs of vectors that no longer need to be assigned to the tenant.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    To enter multiple values, separate each with a semicolon. The entries are displayed in the Search Results area.
  6. Click + to move vectors from the Search Results area to the Selected Vector(s) area.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The vectors in the Selected Vector(s) area will be removed.
  7. Click OK to save your changes.
