Removing multiple agents from a tenant in the Web Client

Use this procedure to remove agents in bulk. Specify up to 32 agents and then remove them in one go.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationTenant AdministrationTenant Agent Assignment.
  2. In the Current ACD list, select the active ACD for the tenant.
  3. In the Tenants list, select the tenant you want to manage.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the list of agents administered for the selected tenant.
  4. Click Remove Agent.
  5. In the Agents field, enter the extensions or IDs of existing agents.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    To enter multiple values, separate each with a semicolon. The entries are displayed in the Search Results area.
  6. Click + to move the agents you want to remove from the Search Results area to the Selected Agents area.
  7. Click OK to remove the specified agents.
