From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
In the Operations list, select ACD Access.
Click OK.
STEP RESULT:
Supervisor displays the User Permissions ACD Access window.
In the User ID field, enter the ID of the user whose ACD permissions you want to remove.
If you are searching for specific ACDs or ACD groups, enter them in the ACDs field.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
If you enter multiple values, separate them with a semicolon.
From the menu bar, click ActionsFind one.
If more than one ACD is found, click Next and Previous in the Actions menu as required to navigate through the permission definitions for the other ACDs.
When the correct permission definition is displayed, click ActionsDelete from the menu bar.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The ACD permission definition for this user is deleted.
