  1. From the Controller window, select CommandsDictionary.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary window.
  2. In the Operations list, select Trunk Groups.
  3. In the ACD field, enter the ACD on which you want to list all trunk group names.
  4. Click OK.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays The Dictionary Trunk Groups window.
  5. From the Actions menu, select List all.
