From the Controller window, select CommandsDictionary.
STEP RESULT:
CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary window.
In the Operations list, select Login identification.
In the ACD field, enter the ACD or ACD Group on which you want to view a login ID name.
Click OK.
STEP RESULT:
CMS Supervisor displays the Dictionary Login Identifications window.
To find a login ID to view, only one of the fields requires that you specify a value. Perform one of the following actions to specify a login ID in the Dictionary:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
In the Login ID field, enter the number of the login ID.
In the Agent Name field, enter the name of the agent.
From the Actions menu, select Find one.
STEP RESULT:
CMS Supervisor retrieves and displays the information for the specified login ID name, if valid.
