From the Controller window, navigate to ToolsUser Permissions.
In the Operations list, select Trunk Group Access.
In the ACD list, select the ACD containing the trunk group permissions you want to delete.
Click OK.
STEP RESULT:
CMS Supervisor displays the User Permissions Trunk Group Access window.
In the User ID field, enter the name of the user whose access permissions you want to manage.
If known, enter the trunk group names or IDs in the Trunk Groups field.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
If you enter more than one trunk group, separate each entry with a semicolon.
To have all trunk groups returned for this user ID, leave this field blank.
From the menu bar, click ActionsFind one.
If multiple matches are found, click Next and Previous in the Actions menu as needed to navigate to the correct trunk group entry.
From the menu bar, click ActionsDelete.
STEP RESULT:
CMS Supervisor deletes the selected permissions definition and its associated trunk groups. Other trunk group permissions for the user remain unchanged.
