Deleting an ACD name in the Web Client

This procedure only removes the name of an ACD and not the ACD itself. When you remove an ACD name in the Dictionary, the ACD is displayed as unnamed_acdn, where n is the ACD number. Do not perform this procedure unless you are certain that you want to delete the ACD name.
  1. Navigate to AdministrationDictionaryACDs.
    STEP RESULT:
    CMS Supervisor displays the list of administered ACD names.
  2. Click Delete next to the item you want to delete.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Confirm Delete dialog box is displayed.
  3. Click Yes to complete the change.
