The following table describes the information displayed on the Archiving Status page:
Information
Description
ACD
The name of the ACD.
Tenant
When tenancy is enabled, you see all or a specific number. This information indicates whether archiving is done for all tenants or for individual tenants.
Archive Type
Check boxes are available to sort the archive types you want to display. The available archive types are:
  • Interval (intrahour interval)
  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Monthly
Note that information about the next scheduled archive is not displayed for the Interval archive type.
Status
The archiving status indications are:
  • Finished: The last archive is complete.
  • Running: The archive is currently running.
  • Not Run: The archive has never run.
Date
The date the last archive was completed.
Time
The time the last archive was completed.
Next Scheduled
The date and time of the next scheduled archive.
Dates and times will not appear for Interval archiving, which occurs at the end of each intrahour interval. The interval settings are 15, 30, or 60 minutes.
Time Zone
The time zone used for the archiving period. When you see default, the master ACD time zone is used.
Tenant Name
This information is displayed for tenancy. It shows the name of the tenant or all if archiving is done for all tenants.
